Anish was so welcoming and friendly and really helped me with my ear problem. He was very patient and had 3 sessions with me for a fixed fee until it was resolved. I was really impressed with the service. The pharmacy itself is really clean and refreshing when you walk in , the consultation rooms are kept tidy and offer privacy. I will definitely be using Southall pharmacy going forward, thank you Anish for your help !

Really nice travel clinic, the team really know what they're doing and take time to discuss your travel needs and design a program suited to your needs.

From a clinical perspective the delivery of vaccinations was done in textbook fashion, vaccinations stored at the correct temperature and only taken out at time of administration delivered with minimal pain!

Sadly customer service is not something you expect to receive in Southall, but this place bucks the trend and offers a premium customer centric experience.
